The traditional "Fiestas de San José del Cabo" -the San José Festivities- are celebrated in the month of March to comemorate the town´s patron Saint Joseph and usually last for a week.
It´s a very popular event among locals who all week long visit downtown San José to enjoy the cultural events, the truly mexican food as well as the performances by famous singers and artists. There is also a traveling fair with mechanical attractions acompanied by a bazar-like market. If you are traveling to Cabo in this month, it´s worth visiting.
